This pizzeria was awesome! I have Celiac and they were very accommodating. They even brought out gluten free focaccia which was delicious. I had the gluten free margarita pizza and it was delicious. I wish I could have eaten it all but I was just so full! They had a total separate area for gluten free food. Wish I could eat there again!!

Perfect gluten free pizza! Delicious and outside of the crust being a little more uniform and less charred the diavola pizza was amazing. It’s great to see a restaurant and waitstaff that know what they’re doing with gluten free.

Oh my god. Eat here. Only pizza and antipasto (get the one with buffala mozzarella, anchovies and tomatoes) and good wine. Service is so friendly, everything is safe and there are multiple gf crusts. My non-celiac husband said the gf pizza is bette than any gluten-filled he’s had in our week in Italy.

DELICIOUS, staff very knowledgeable separate cooking area for GF, on the menu says burned wheat in the explanation of what the dough is made of, it means buckwheat, freaked out alittle until we figured it out, restaurant is off the main square area but worth the 3 minute walk, service was fab, menu is strictly pizza and antipasto, served us some olive oil and dried oregano on the sprig to sprinkle it on the pizza, had the diablo pizza for 8 euro!!! What??? So so good, that would be a $25 pizza in USA, our bottle of wine was more than 4 pizzas, my son had the regular wheat flour pizza and loved it too, cooked in a wood fire oven, simply amazing and have a happy tummy

They will make any pizza on the menu GF, so they do not list them separately. They have a dedicated GF pizza oven. In fact, two separate servers brought our food, to avoid contamination. The pizzaiolo was very friendly and knowledgeable. They know their stuff! They also have a few antipasti.
