Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Not a single person in the restaurant, including chefs, understood gluten or what it was. Maybe some of it was lost in translation because the chefs we’re all speak in Spanish and I’m not sure that we were saying was translating, Our order was modified four different times till they could think they could come up with some thing that would be gluten-free. We were told that none of the sauces were OK but they weren’t really sure in the end. We had corn tortilla soft tacos, which were good. The tortilla chips they thought were going to be gluten-free and perhaps they were because I did not have any reaction. So if you were celiac or high sensitivity, I wouldn’t recommend. We won’t be back. It’s a shame because it look like it had a lot of promise. They just need to be trained on what contains gluten and be more conversant with what is in their food.
