The waiter was extremely helpful and pointed out everything on the menu that comes GF (which was a lot of the menu) or can be made GF with a swap for corn tortillas, there were only a few items that contained gluten (mole, flour tortillas, a few meats marinated in soy sauce). He assured me that the chips are always fried in fresh oil so no concern for cross contact for chips. Everything was delicious!
Good food and very knowledgeable and conscientious of gluten free and celiac issues. Most of the menu is gluten free and the servers and owner are careful to point out the items that they cannot make gluten free. The owner and staff are also extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. This restaurant is extremely good.
