The green and the red Chile are both gluten free. They will make you a burrito using a couple of corn tortillas. Great breakfast place! Just ask to have your tortillas steamed vs dipped into the fryers to soften for enchiladas or burritos. Fryer is not gf.

The corn chips are not gf. They are fried with everything else. The enchilada are fried too. The only thing I cud have was red chile stew and an tamales. It was very limiting and the food didn't impress. I'd rather wait a while for a good meal then come here. I didn't see the hype in this restaurant. My husband eats gluten and he wasn't so impressed

There are many better places to eat in Santa Fe. And they are not particularly attentive to gluten issues.

Few GF choices but the waitstaff were very accommodating and helpful. GF corn tortillas were fresh & hot. The cook will prepare to your likes & allergy issues.
