Review of Tiba Grill

Delicious Mediterranean food! I spoke with the owner in person and he is very versed in gluten allergy. He assured me that everything on the menu (except any dishes with pita bread, rice and desserts) are gluten free!!!! I ordered the mixed Shawarma over salad with a side of hummus and Baba Ghanoush (I brought my own gf pita bread)..soooo good! And absolutely zero reaction. He is sourcing a quality gluten free pita bread. Another bonus is that he is opening a restaurant very soon in Longview! We will definitely be regulars.
