What an awesome find. Gluten-free dedicated fryer, mostly gluten-free items, and amazingly delicious. I felt spoiled. And now I feel full :) HIGHLY recommend.

This is our second time going to ticos, and we can happily say that these are the best empanadas you will ever have. My son has celiac and I am gluten free, and we love the freshness of every bite (Buffalo chicken empanadas were our favorite). Great place for the family to go, and the workers are very nice. Not dedicated gluten free, but only five things on the menu are made with gluten, and they are prepared in a separate location with a separate fryer. Very reasonably priced, and our new favorite restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE, ESPECIALLY CELIACS.

The food here is AMAZING and they clearly can talk to you about what is gluten free. They have a separate fryer for non gluten items. Their menu is marked with what items are not gluten free. Call ahead because they are busy!

Empanadas were amazing and I would absolutely order here again!! Employee was super helpful over the phone about gluten free menu selection and ensuring no shared fryers. I also have a peanut/tree nut allergy and she checked to assure they didn't use peanut oil. 10/10 all around!! Their menu does not indicate items that are gluten-containing so definitely call to ask before ordering take-out or delivery.

There are only a couple of things on this menu that AREN’T gluten free! They have a dedicated fryer and the food is DELICIOUS! Everything is made to order, super fresh, and celiac safe! The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely check out this spot!!!

The empanadas are amazing and almost all the choices are gluten free! Everything is fried in a dedicated fryer so no cross contamination! The owner is super friendly and so helpful! This will be a new regular place for me!
