Tides Hotel Bar & Eatery

We stayed here and had both breakfast and dinner here. The included breakfast is a buffet plus cooked to order egg dishes. Gluten free bread is served separately by the waitstaff, as are the egg dishes. There are many things on the dinner menu that are or can be made gluten free, including two desserts. I had pan fried market fish, which came with lovely vegetables and potatoes. It was delicious. I had Basque cheesecake for dessert, which was superb.
