Menu is clearly marked and staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination protocol. The fryer is shared so avoid any tortilla chips or fried items. I got a salad that was pretty bland/tasteless. I would go back again but try a different item.
Fantastic place that genuinely cares about keeping everything safe from cc. I had the crab dip with waffle fries and steak tacos. Everything was delicious
Good stop for lunch in downtown Lititz. Had more GF options on the menu than it showed in the online menu. Server seemed knowledgeable about gf and could explain how certain dishes were made.
Minor concern: server did not write anything down for our party of 7, which while impressive made us nervous about things being properly flagged as gf for the kitchen.

I got a takeout order with many other people and my order was brought out in a separate bag with gluten free marked on my box, bun didn’t fall apart while eating either.
There was not a GF MENU but the menu had GF next to those items that are GF. The sub roll was very tasty and went well with the sandwich which I had hot. We also had the pastrami sandwich which also could be on GF bread if desired. We had smoked chicken wings that were very tasty. If there was something wrong with the order they brought a new item out for free. Such great service. The chef came out also to clarify menu items.
