There are labeled GF sushi rolls! I sat at the bar and the bartender was SO knowledgeable and let me know what rolls could be made GF, they had GF soy sauce, the bartender even helped me not get glutened by the Sake! The flavored Sake uses natural flavors and the company states the flavoring is derived from gluten. Was a great experience!

My wife, who is a celiac, and I went to Tiger Lily Sushi Restaurant this evening for dinner, the waiter was a new waiter, but he was very very helpful. He checked out everything and came back with notes and a menu that had stars on things we could eat or other things that could be adapted to our celiac diets! One of the bartenders was also very helpful and she not only knew that they had a Cider that was gluten-free but that they had it on tap and it was a tap that had been a gluten-free Cider before that, so it wasn’t like beer ran through it and then it was cider, which, at least, in my wife’s case would make her ill!

We were very happy the waiter did everything, he checked out every item on the menu to see what we could or could not eat, he made sure he told the chefs knew what we wanted and it had to be gluten-free. Our meal was excellent and the staff and Service was equal to that!
