Fantastic and safe food, well trained staff. Their gf bread is yummy
The food was amazing. I had the “fried” cod. Be sure you tell them it’s gluten free, apparently they cook it in a different pan and oil. I also had the potato croquettes for appetizer, so good, but a little spicy. For dessert I had the chocolate fondant, basically a lava cake. The waitress seemed a little on edge and annoyed with her tables. Other than that it was Ana amazing experience for the entire family.
Amazing salmon dinner. Delicious homemade sorbet. My son had pasta and loved it. Can’t wait to go back.
One of the best Gluten-Free Burger I've tried so far. Absolutely nice staff and very cozy place to go with friends. I really recommend this.
wonderful...great hamburgers...wonderful service...very aware of gluten free! I would highly recommend this place and especially if you are celiac.
Great place, very knowledgeable. Best Potatoes Au Gratin!
Staff is very knowledgeable. Most things on the menu can be made gf. The food is very delicious. The atmosphere is very cozy. There are three spaces connected by stairs and a bar in the front.
Cosy bistro style restaurant with a great menu. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through safe options on the menu. Such a great experience I came back again.
Most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free and they are very aware of cross contamination. Also, a great atmosphere with fun music!
Nice restaurant, very celiac friendly. Staff can make 99% of menu into gluten free.
This restaurant is a gem! Our waiter, Cedric, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He understood celiac from the start. Many of the dishes were inherently gluten-free except for the bread and there was gluten-free bread available as a substitute. For those dishes that had a gluten-containing component, Cedric knew exactly what needed to be done to make it gluten-friendly.
After two weeks in Italy where almost every eatery understands the issues with gluten, dining in Copenhagen was far more daunting. Given the much lower incidence of gluten GI issues in Denmark, the food industry here is only concerned about gluten if their customers are. Thus, finding places that knew enough was a low bar to set. Thus, the fact that the team at Tight not only "gets" gluten, but can accommodate almost their entire menu to be GF was a blessing. Starters of potato croque (cakes) and GF pate were fantastic. We both had the pork schnitzel which is more pork loin than traditional weiner schnitzel. The potatoes that accompany the meat were divine. And the chocolate fondant is more of a molten center chocolate cake accompanied by great vanilla ice cream. Service was exceptional and my wife highly recommends the house frozen margarita-sangria concoction. She had three ;-)This meal would have been great on its own and rated 4-stars. That it was GF to boot, gained it an extra star in our book.
