Tigo's Peruvian Express

A little bit of a language barrier, but chicken, rice, and beans are gluten free they told us. Yuka/plantains seemed to be questionable. Chicken was delicious. You're able to watch them make your food and they changed their gloves 4-5 times during our order just to be extra safe any time they touched anything besides our food , so that was really nice and extra carefulness
