Good clean flavorful food. Server was very knowledgeable and responsive. Dedicated fryer and food prep space. They have come a LONG way in the past few years.

Terrible service, got sick, DON’T HAVE THE CHIPS. EDIT: Ate here twice more, got sick both times, both times took 1 hour+ only to come out with the gluten parts still on them. Not only that, but although this resort is beautiful, the front desk is incompetent, the service takes forever, and nothing ever gets done properly. STAY FAR CLEAR!!!

Not dedicated GF, but staff was knowledgeable on CC and options. If your on property and hungry it’s good.

Very disappointed with this restaurant after checking out the menu extensively online and talking to the restaurant staff when I made the reservation. My son is highly allergic to wheat along with many other foods; online many items are marked as possible to prepare without gluten, so we thought we'd have a lot for him to choose from. However several items were marked safe for gluten issues but were actually not--including one steak dish which was marinated in soy sauce! Also the chips and yucca fries were marked gluten-free but it turns out they are in a shared fryer, which we won't do. The chef came out and spoke with us and he didn't seem to understand that there is wheat in regular soy sauce--I had to stop him from using soy on my son's dish. He ended up having to just have a steak with some yucca fries cooked in a pan--to me, steak and a side as the only safe option is NOT a gluten friendly restaurant. We did eat there safely, but I had gone out of my way to choose this restaurant because I thought they could really handle it, and it was a big disappointment.

Amazing views. Gluten free items are marked on the menu. Chips are marked as gluten free but they use a shared fryer so they aren’t safe for Celiacs. Server was very knowledgeable. Had a steak and mashed potatoes with no reaction.
Yes
fabulous food and gf labeled on the menu! and the view, the view for days!

GF tacos were delicious. There is not a dedicated fryer, but the guacamole was still delicious without the chips.

Tii Gavo is the only one of the three or four restaurants on site with marked GF options. What they had was great, though - tacos, pork belly, etc. Odd that the other kitchens there didn't do the same. They can accommodate, but we were lead astray by multiple waitstaff regarding what was and wasn't available gf. Go down to the town for some better gf options.
