I really like the food at Tikkaway. I know the owner is trying to make sure the staff don't cross-contaminate, but to be extra sure I generally arrive before noon and talk to the staff behind the counter. So far I've never gotten sick, but I'm not sure I would choose to eat dinner here (too many opportunities for cross-contamination during the day).
I am celiac, and would say that this place is celiac friendly... with the caveat above.
