Review of Tikkaway Fresh Indian Grill

the food is fantastic! unfortunately the second time I visited I saw them dragging the meat ladle across the non-gluten free chapatti while making the order in front of mine. I had really hoped this would become my go-to place when I was in New Haven. I hope that at some point they will have additional employee training to justify the gluten free sign on the wall.
