Review of Tillamook Creamery

This review is specifically for the ice cream. While they do have an allergen binder, I did not feel that the workers were knowledgeable about gluten or had received training on allergen protocols/how to read ingredient labels. Several of them were rude when I asked questions about cross-contamination and what flavors were Gluten Free which gave me a lower level of confidence that what I ordered was going to be safe. I did end up ordering and they were willing to scoop with a clean ice cream scoop and fresh carton of ice cream from the back but I would say that, overall, this was an unnecessarily stressful experience and I will likely not be back. The ice cream itself was delicious and ended up being safe (I didn’t get sick and I’m very sensitive) but just make sure you are being diligent about asking questions when you are ordering and be careful.
