This review is for the ice cream shop only. The restaurant has almost no gluten free options. The ice cream is processed in a facility that has wheat products, they clean the equipment between the different products, read their website for more info. As far as the service goes, they have a book that can describe allergens in each flavor. When you order, if you tell them it's for an allergy, they will change gloves, get clean utensils, and get your ice cream from a separate area that hasn't been cross-contaminated.
