Employees at the ice cream counter were knowledgeable about allergies and how to minimize the chance of cross contamination. He looked up the ingredients for my ice cream to make sure it was gluten free. He then changed his gloves, went to the walk in freezer and got my ice cream from a container that hadn’t been exposed to gluten. Since gluten is present, there is a risk of cross contamination.

The food court is not safe for anyone who is sensitive to cross contamination, though they do carry gluten free bread. Employee was honest and friendly. It’s a fast paced kitchen without a dedicated area to prepare gluten free food.
