Sat down and the waitress knew exactly what celiac was! she said they have both udis buns and bread and they "never touch the toaster!". they "toast" the bread on a separate pan in the oven. got the bread with a big fluffy omelet. part of the Common Man restaurant group which has made eating in NH easier!
