The menu only had a few items marked GF but they were able to modify several other menu items to make them GF. We had salmon, baked potato, asparagus, scallops, steak, salad, and creme brulee, and it was all delicious. They were very accomodating and didn't make us feel bad for asking lots of questions and making special requests. We were very happy with our dining experience!

While the Timber room is reported as gluten friendly the staff were completely unaware of which gluten options they had. We needed to ask multiple times about gluten-free options and our waitress had to go back to the kitchen no less than three times to check. We had the same experience for breakfast where we were told “only the yogurt“ is gluten-free. On further inspection they do have other things obviously. Very very disappointed we picked the lied center because of the gluten friendly options. Not so!

Per the recommendation of the hostess, I called the day we were coming and spoke with the chef. He was very knowledgeable about keeping food from being cross-contaminated and we pre-ordered a cheeseburger with a GF bun and fruit for my 8 year old so they could prep in advance and have a plan to keep it safe. Staff also brought out GF crackers while we had bread, and they had GF chocolate and raspberry torte. Staff were knowledgeable and exceedingly happy to help accommodate us - as always, recommend calling ahead to plan.
