I had great great experience. Honestly, I did not expect to find anything for me at this place, because I checked their menu online and it looked like they barely had anything that’s gluten-free. I was pleasantly surprised when we went there and they proved me wrong. I went there with my sister for lunch. When we walked in, we were greeted by one of their employees at the front. We asked if they had anything gluten-free and surprisingly she was very well informed. She told us that they have a dedicated fryer for their fries and that some of their sides are breaded in Panko and are therefore naturally gluten-free. I am not sure if all of their sides are gluten-free, so I would make sure to ask. They do not offer any gluten free bread, but I was told that I could bring my own and they would use it to prepare the meal for me, gluten-free, of course. Otherwise, they could make almost all of their meals gluten-free by simply removing the gluten containing products. Also, they have all of the allergens listed next to every single food on their menu. Most of them do say „gluten containing“, but often only because of the bread and sometimes the added sauce. By simply removing or swapping the bread or sauce with a gluten-free option the meal would be gluten-free. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely come back in the future. The only complaint I have is that they serve their sides in wooden bowls, but it is something that can be worked around by asking them to serve it in a different bowl or telling them to make sure to put a paper in the bowl just to be safe. Also, I was told that they have other customers with celiac that eat there regularly and are always happy. For me, it was definitely worth it and I am very happy to have found a place I feel safe at.
