Be careful here. I worked here during college and the kitchen was careful to accommodate modifications and dietary restrictions. Just went back for a visit yesterday and found out from a friend that most of the dinner chefs had quit. I ordered a burger with no bun because there was no gf bun option (which is fine, it doesn’t make that much of a difference to me to not have a bun) and it came out with a bun on it. I am not celiac so I didn’t have them remake it but I was upset that my request for no bun *because* I am gluten free was not given proper attention. Not safe
