Probably not celiac friendly, but a majority of the menu was gluten free. We got the brisket and riblets, along with the brussel sprouts. Corn bread and buns are not GF.

Sage, our server, was very knowledgeable about gluten-free items and more than happy to check on anything he wasn’t sure of. The food was amazing and the staff was kind and personable. They go out of their way to make guests feel like family. They loved having my daughters in the restaurant even though they were silly and a bit loud. I loved that most of the menu could be made gluten free and I didn’t get sick! I highly recommend Timberwolves!
