Review of Timberwood Grill

Staff was very reassuring when I called ahead and when we came in about the precautions they take for allergies (new gloves/utensils, fresh ingredients, and grilling protein on foil). They also have a separate gluten free menu, but it doesn’t look as if all of it is specifically celiac-safe (nachos with corn tortilla chips are listed on the GF menu, but they’re fried in a shared fryer). After giving the hostess a heads up that I’m celiac, a manager came to our table to talk with me before we ordered. They prepared my salad with fresh ingredients from the walk-in cooler, and grilled my chicken on foil. Food was just ok, but I have a safe experience, which to me is the most important thing!
