Lots of options for cakes and salad. The cakes are made off site at a completely GF bakery and then stored on the top shelf of the cabinet. The savoury food is made on-site with lots of precautions in place. The staff member I talked to had a coeliac son and was very confident about how they prepare their food, however they do have gluten within their kitchen.
