Awesome! Believe the hype! GF heaven!

This is a casual pizzeria with a little indoor seating and more outdoor seating. They make their own GF flour and have a ton of GF pizza and other options (something like a sandwich, can’t remember the name), plus a bunch of GF beer options. Very knowledgeable about GF. Also good English proficiency, which isn’t fair to expect but is a plus worth mentioning.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and glass of white wine in the heat. The staff took great care of us and made sure everything I looked at was suitable for someone with Coeliac disease. Even brought me out fresh cooked steaming hot buns out for me that were some of the best gf bread alternatives I have ever had. The guancale on the potato was to die for. No symptoms not issues whatsoever. They do dust the gluten bread/pizza with normal flour so be careful if you are eating with someone else that they don't blow the gluten flour on your food!

Wonderful! They were on top of the gluten free and very hospitable. The pizza was excellent and the full gluten friends couldn’t tell the difference. Wonderful dinner.

I ate here twice when in Palermo. The dough is soo good and you can choose any topping for your pizza. They also offer to make schiacciate gluten free (a kind of panini). Can only recommend this place, you’ll be very full after.

Amazing pizza. It really looks and taste the same as a normal pizza. I think they are safe for coeliac, i am asymptomatic, but very sensitive friends did not have any reactions. After all food rules and controls are very strict in Italy.

This restaurant had the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever eaten without exaggeration. It was the closest thing to what regular flour pizza looks like and it tasted outstanding. The people inside were very kind and it was wonderful to sit outside and take in the evening street atmosphere. I also had the lactose free mozzarella which was delicious and truly made me feel like I was eating real Italian pizza!! The price was around 12 euros for a whole pizza which wasn’t bad at all! Highly suggest.

Staff was nice and spoke English… you order at the counter, then find a table. I had GF beer and pizza. Though I had order GF Eggplant Parmesan pizza, when it came out it looked super good…. So good that I didn’t think it could be GF. I checked my receipt before taking a bite and noticed that it didn’t say sensa glutine, so I checked with the gentleman who helped us and he apologized profusely when he saw it was a normal pizza. He went back and had the cooks prepare me a gluten free one. I guess one positive is that I saved the 2 euros it cost to upgrade the crust to gf. The GF pizza was my second favorite of this trip (out of 4 pizzas so far). My mom enjoyed her vegan pizza (not gf).
