Review of Tim's Pizza East

I absolutely love Tim's gluten free crust. I'm a sensitive celiac and I still haven't been glutened here. I tell them it's an allergy but I don't know that it makes any difference. I also absolutely love their Super Salads and the creamy Italian dressing. I always have a small amount of gastric distress after eating the salad, though, and I can't pin it down. I've vetted all the ingredients so I think it must come down to the mild lactose intolerance that comes along with celiac for some people.
