This location has returned to a wonderful place for pho. The new owners even took my suggestion to get GF hoisin sauce so you eat the pho with both hoisin and sriracha. I asked if their pho had soy sauce or any other gluten-containing ingredients. They informed that it does not. The only thing I wanted that wasn’t GF is the peanut sauce for the summer rolls (gói cuõn)—I recommended they make that GF too and that’s been updated! The owners are delightful. The pho is solid. We also confirmed that they have gf goi cuon peanut sauce! You have to ask, as it costs more for them, but they don’t pass that to you! They are also updating their menu to clearly remark GF options. They also segregate gf sauces from non-GF.

Awesome. The owners are amazing and working to get Gluten free products. Ask for Gluten Free and they will accommodate. Almost everything is gluten free and they have gluten free sauces. Soooo Good!
