Great experience. You tell them you have a gluten allergy and they will change gloves and put foil on the grill. We went twice.
They have good tacos but none of the staff I talked to gave me the same information on what was Gluten Free the few times I went there. I did get sick a couple of the times I went and stopped trying it after that.
They changed something and now my entire family who lives with celiac can’t eat here safely. Obviously, anyone paying low wages here is going to get what they pay for, and then if you have celiac you pay for it by getting uneducated and apathetic young people. Tin Roof was our weekly go to for a delicious, fresh and GF meal. No longer. Absolutely NOT safe for celiac.

Tacos were terrible. Dry, flavorless, and absolutely not worth the money. I did not get sick and they were very aware of what tacos were gluten free.
The tacos were dry but ok. Next time I’ll get beans or something to put on them. When we asked if the tortillas were corn I got the stink eye. Not sure we will be back.
They took my husbands celiac very seriously. They have a dedicated counter for making food for celiacs, changed their gloves and even have purple celiac stickers to label the tacos in the bag! We are at the 24 hour mark and he still feels great!
I’ve been here 3 times without any issues. Staff is very aware of what they are doing and they have a designated employee making my entire meal where others get handed off like an assembly line
They have a "gluten free allergy" option and seem to know what celiac is. They take extra long preparing gf food and change gloves/wipe down the grill.
