This is my experience most of the time: They used foil on their grills, and bar area, swapped out their gloves and separated the tacos on different trays.
The last time: I heard someone ask what Celiac was and I watched them cross contaminate with gloves, grill area and they just placed in on the serving bar. My husband ate my tacos. Super sad.
