I've been here several times and always had great experiences and never been sick. All of the tacos are gluten free so chance of cross contamination is minimal. Servers and bartenders have been knowledgeable. They used to keep a dedicated gf fryer but sadly last time we were there I was told it's no longer gf, so no chips (although you could bring your own, which I've done occasionally.) ETA: check about the fryer - I've heard, but have not personally verified, that they're keeping a separate fryer again as of mid-2021.
