Found this family-run gem through our friends who live here. We met the owner, Trinity, and she is Celiac so very careful.
Makes pasta in a separate pot.
My wife is Celiac and we both have the paid app so I am typing the review with her input.
Wife had Cheese Tortellini for the first time in over 20 years! Loved it. Actually backed off eating all so she could take some home for later.
We did not have the pizza as we normally ”have to” (with cauliflower crust) to have gluten free (GF), but I saw they only offer 12” GF. I can’t imagine how large that actually is.
I DID NOT ORDER GF PIZZA as I figured I would gobble a small pizza by myself, but the small 10”was so large I wound up taking half of it to go. Wish I ordered the GF so I could have shared the leftovers.
They also had GF gelato, flourless chocolate (owner says “I call it fudge”) and Chocolate Peanut
Butter Pie which my wife took to go so no review yet on that.
Now she’s had it and she said it was outstanding!
