Tito’s La Casa

Ordered the gluten free pasta. It came plated with bits of regular pasta containing gluten…they use the same pasta water and utensils for both. Definitely not safe for those with celiac disease. Manager was apologetic but then brought desserts containing gluten to the table to apologize. Food is delicious.

NOT RECCOMENDED FOR CELIACS claim that gf pasta is available upon request, but staff was so un-informed about gluten that they couldn't tell me what had gluten in it. I ordered a ceasar salad to avoid the least amount of cross contamination, waitress was going back and forth with me when I asked her to check in the back if the dressing was gluten free, it wasn't so I just ate the salad plain.
