Staff and chef were extremely friendly. The pao de qeijo serves as the base for the crust and is served fresh and warm with your order for bread as well. The pizza was delicious. We especially enjoyed the fried calimari that was prepared in a dedicated fryer.
This is my second review of Tivoli's and I must say that they have really improved since my first visit in 2014. I have ordered gluten free pizza many times and each time it was properly prepared and delicious! When I call to order the server takes care to repeat my gluten free order back to me for accuracy. My favorite is the Gluten Free Pizza Napolitana! FYI the gluten free crust tastes great, but it does contain cheese and butter so if you are lactose intolerant this may be an issue.
