Called to find out what was available. Not much. Guy told me vegetables and maybe the ribs if no sauce was on it. Kind of sad.

They had a Gluten Free menu. Waitress didn’t really know what gluten was but went to ask the kitchen staff. Not a lot of options when it came to sides to go with the ribs or steak. Unsure about their bbq sauce too as it’s homemade.

-Uneducated servers.
-Menu has things like "turkey burger with no bun." And expensive cuts of steak.
-Not totally confident about cross contamination. Ordered steak and steamed broccoli, let server know I had celiac and needed everything to be truly gluten free and cooked separately. Broccoli came out covered in some seasoning. I asked about it and was told it was Tony Cachere's which Is not always gluten free (they claim it is, but it is processed with wheat and states it on label). I did not eat broccoli and I'm not totally sure my steak was just salt and pepper like I ordered it. (Not sick yet though).
-Server also put the rolls for the table in front of me, and then the dessert too... after being told about it.
I'm not sure I'd go back... probably will email a friendly educational complaint... unless I get sick and then I'll call.
