The staff if very willing to accommodate, but occasionally there have been cross contamination issues like putting hush puppies on an order that’s supposed to be gf, or telling my gluten intolerant son the fries were gf when they were actually fried in a shared fryer. Ask questions and double check everything they bring you, and it should be okay. We eat here a lot and nobody has gotten sick, but we have had a couple of mistakes. The food is really good though and you can get corn tortillas instead of flour for the tacos
Just let them know your allergy. They will make suggestions. They are always careful with the preparation. I am very gluten sensitive. Have never had a problem at this restaurant.
