easy to replace flour tortillas and avoid chips if mild cross contamination of the single fryer is an issue. Never have had any symptoms and I eat here at least once a week.
I called before we went and walked to the manager. He was very knowledgable and said that most of the menu could be made GF with the swap of corn for flour tortillas and to avoid the enchilada sauce. They do not have a dedicated fryer so avoid the chips. Be sure you specify to your server that you need to avoid gluten and specify corn tortillas. I ordered tacos carne asada Mexicanos but didn't specify corn tortillas and they were brought out on flour tortillas. They took it back and cooked new meat for me. Very tasty. Will update if any symptoms occur.
