I make Paleo baked goods which are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. Everything I make has the ingredients listed on a sheet at my Famers Market booth as well as on the packaging so you know exactly what you are eating. I never use any white refined sugar, only coconut sugar, maple sugar, maple syrup, or a local honey. I’ve baked for myself for many years and decided to turn it into a business last year because there are not a lot of good options for people who have special dietary needs. I make different items each week and always have free samples of each item for sale.
