Es wird mit glutenfreiem Essen geworben.

Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde mir Essen serviert, das NICHT glutenfrei war (enthielt Surimi, das in der Regel aus Weizenbestandteilen hergestellt wird). Mir wurde kulanterweise ein neues glutenfreies Essen gebracht, glutenfreie SojaSoße gab es auch.

Aber das Risiko schätze ich für Zölis sehr hoch ein, weil das Personal (Bedienung und Köche) nicht wirklich eine Ahnung haben.

Mir wurde glutenfreie Sojasoße angeboten und mehrfach versichert, dass alles was ich bestellen wollte glutenfrei ist. Es war wirklich lecker aber als ich eine Sushi Roll probiert habe, war es plötzlich crunchy und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es doch glutenhaltig war. Im Nachhinein hat sich herausstellt, dass es auch ein glutenfreies Menü gibt, welches ich aber nie zu sehen bekam.
