This is my #1 spot to eat lunch in Durham! The tuna salad is incredible - and they always have a few yummy soup and side options!

I had a roasted Brussels sprouts and white bean ceasar salad that was delicious and safe without croutons. However, we were pretty unimpressed with the business model of asking us point blank when ordering if we would like to to tip 20% before we'd ever even been served our food or sat. Probably? Maybe? And we bussed our own table. So sure, the food was good, but being passive aggressively asked to tip a specific amount ahead of service left me not wanting to go back.

The paninis can be made on gluten free bread and are wrapped in foil prior to toasting to avoid cross contamination. Great food and no adverse reaction

I did take out. My food was safely separated from my family’s food.
Staff was knowledgeable about what was gf on the menu.
Food was yummy. I ate the croquets, salad chilled yellow squash soup. Delish.

Delicious. GF food is heated on foil to prevent cross contamination. I’ve only eaten here once since going GF but I didn’t have a reaction to the soup or sandwich. All of the food I have ever had from them is delicious.
They have gluten free bread for paninis and crostinis and wrap them in foil before putting them on the press so not to contaminate. Lady at the register said her aunt is a super sensitive celiac and knock on wood has never gotten sick here. Warm sandwich and soups. Super comforting and satisfying!

They have gluten free bread for both panini and crostini. Homemade soups and salads that are also gluten free.
Tasty! Ordered a panini on gluten free bread with a side salad. Be sure to ask about the soup because one of them had barley in it.
Toast now has GF bread for their paninis
Love love love eating here! it was one of my favorite restaurants before I was diagnosed and still is. Can't go wrong with their soup/salad combo. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable... If soup has croutons on top they'll omit them and voila! Celiac safe meal.
