Delicious sandwiches, cute shop, 100% celiac-safe. The gf sourdough bread the owner makes herself is among the best I’ve had. The sandwiches manage to be vegan but so artfully crafted even staunch meat-eaters will enjoy them. This is accomplished not with a lot of sugar and weird processed derivatives but driven by whole healthy produce shining through. So impressive!

Absolutely lovely. From the gluten free bread to the ladies behind the counter, the whole experience was wonderful! So nice to be able to eat a warm sandwich without having to worry about being glutened!

This is gluten free heaven!

They are completely gluten free, so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination. The owner is so nice and she makes all of the bread herself and it tastes soooo good

Absolutely adorable, and even more delicious! I got the Sooshe (“sushi”) and the classic with pickled onions. They were delish and the amt of avocado on each was shocking! Seriously amazing. And the shop was just as quaint and beautiful as you could imagine. The woman serving me (owner? I didn’t ask!) and the other gentleman were lovely as well.

Most amazing place ever! Dedicated Gluten free and the bread is the best I’ve ever had. The owner is amazing and all of the options and specials are so unique and flavorful. You NEED to visit here if you are close by!!

Small sandwich shop, primarily for takeout, not a lot of seating. We sat at the small bar table. I had The Toastie, a grilled "cheese" made with cashew cheese, peaches, and micro greens. Excellent bread, surprisingly good flavor combination. The Stelly Belly, a sort of avocado toast with chickpea mash, was also unexpectedly good based on my original read of the ingredients. Fully dedicated GF and dairy free. I would definitely go again when in the area.

This is a "grab and go" sandwich shop, with a tablet on which you can place your order and a couch on which you can sit while you wait for your order. The person who served me might have been the owner (or a manager)? They seemed to be friends with everyone who walked in (except me, of course, as I was just passing through) and they chatted with their customers, which made it feel homey. I enjoyed my visit, and my sandwich was handed off with a smile. The signs outside don't say anywhere prominent that it is 100% gluten free, but I asked in case anything changed, and it is still a dedicated gluten free facility. I had a very tasty little sandwich, and while I imagined it differently from the description (I think I imagined more of a basil flavor), I enjoyed it completely. The toasted crust did scrape a little on the roof of my mouth that had been burned a couple days ago, but I like that it was a crusty bread, and it was truly the best gluten free bread I have had. I have no idea what type it was. I wasn't given a selection to choose from when I ordered, so it was whatever they used. For what it is worth, if memory serves, I had "The Toastie." There aren't sides on the menu, and I thought of ordering a pre-packaged chip-like item to go with my sandwich, but there wasn't much of a selection and I had already spent a lot on the sandwich. However, I wish I would have gotten it, at least for later, because I was hungry again an hour later. I also noticed a large Ziploc bag of bread on the couch that I think belonged to another customer, and I wondered if I could have ordered some to take home, but did not ask. If you are in the area in the morning or early afternoon, I recommend stopping by!
