Toast

Gisteren lekker ontbeten bij Toast in Hoogstraten. Op voorhand gemaild en glutenvrij was geen enkel probleem.

Mijn broodjes werden 's ochtends nog even apart van de andere broodjes afgebakken. Via mail was het duidelijk dat ze op de hoogte waren van coeliakie en er werd ons verzekerd dat ze het nodige zouden doen om kruisbesmetting te vermijden.

Zowel de broodjes als het beleg werden voor mij op aparte bordjes geserveerd. Ook fijn: er werd geen supplement gevraagd voor een glutenvrij ontbijt.
