Just another place that offers lots of gluten free options but doesn’t do anything to prevent cross-contamination. I tried ordering the GF chilaquiles but the waitress told me that all surfaces are shared and there’s no dedicated fryer. I was told that a salad would be my best option. I ended up getting a very bland cobb salad that made me sick later because I’m silly and didn’t realize the chicken and bacon in it would be cooked on a shared surface. Not a celiac friendly place to eat and I definitely won’t be going back.
