Made sure to say I had celiac. They used GF graham cracker but somehow I got horribly sick. Didn’t make it home before I started vomiting.

There is a separate place for the gluten free bowls. The server went through the many gluten free options with me. If there was any cross contamination, I did not have a reaction.
The gluten free bowl was great and so were the marshmallows!

I had regular marshmallows on a screwer, with chocolate ganache on top. I thought that since she used clean gloves and wiped down the prep surface, that I wouldn't get sick. Unfortunately it tasted absolutely amazing, but I got so so sick about 45 mins after.

I heard about this place and it was such a strange sounding concept that I suggested a friend and I try it when we traveled to the area. They had a gluten free equivalent to the graham cracker bowl, and it was surprisingly good. They wiped down the prep area and cleaned utensils and changed gloves. One of the women serving me commented that she had a relative with celiac, too. My gluten eating friend had a beverage too. Everything tasted good. No obvious reactions for me, but I could see potential for cross contamination due to their serving graham cracker bowls all the time.
The place was crazy busy and could have used more seats. I'd like to see an expanded drink menu for those of us who don't want afternoon caffeine or more sugary stuff than the yummy fluff.
Not so typical marshmallow you get at the footsore. This place takes marshmallow to a whole new level. You'll see which marshmallow flavor are Gluten Free, Dairy Free or both. Been 2 days and I haven't gotten sick.
