I will agree with the review about the staff not fully knowing everything. I’ve gone here a bunch of times, and today I was met with someone who wasn’t totally sure what cross-contamination meant, but he pulled someone back from the kitchen and I was able to speak to them directly. It seems like the only gluten on their menu is the burrito/flour tortilla. So the fryer is 100% gluten-free, the tacos are all on corn tortillas, and you can even get plantain chips or corn chips for the sauces/guacamole. But if you are celiac like me, I would recommend Hugos tacos instead, similar food at a much cheaper price, and they are very very aware of cross-contamination and what’s on their menu.
EDIT- after getting home I got super sick. Used my Nina tester and got a “gluten found” result. The 3rd line was super faint so I’m guessing cross contamination but not ideal for a celiac.
