The staff did an excellent job with making sure my wrap was not cross contaminated and truly gluten free.
it's Hit or Miss depending on the server. they do have gluten free wraps and they keep them separate using fresh pieces of paper and they change their gloves. but they still dip their knife in the same Mayo. I get sandwiches that have oil squirted on them and usually I'm OK.
Fresh and variety of options that are gluten fre e, I love it

They offer gluten free wraps which they can make into any sandwich or burrito. I have to keep reminding the lady to use fresh ingredients and changed her gloves and use fresh knifes

They change gloves, knife and cutting board when I get my gf wrap there. I have never had a problem.

Togo’s is my regular place. They do a pretty good job of avoiding cross contamination and have a separate station. I’ve never felt sick after eating there, but I’d take my caution as there are other wheat containing items
