I asked for my food to be made gluten free, and with no cross contamination. When I got there, they informed me that my food should be sufficiently gluten free as long as I don’t have Celiac (always a good first sign when they know what Celiac is). Apparently there was no cross contamination, only a tiny bit of wheat in the rice noodles that is fine for gluten intolerant people. When I informed them I do have Celiac, they immediately began prepping other food for me and made sure it was Celiac friendly!
