I called, and the hostess said they could do any of the hibachi GF. I confirmed with my sever, when I sat down. She was very kind and made sure to explain they use Tamari for the gluten free food, and I would be safe to eat hibachi with white rice without cross contact concerns. I ordered the scallops, and it was served with broccoli, zucchini and a rice. I haven’t gotten sick, and I felt like the restaurant understands how to safely prepare GF food.
