I order take out sushi from here often. They also offer hibachi. They offer gluten free soy sauce, just note it in your order. I always specify no crunch, eel sauce, etc. and say gluten allergy in the special notes. They even made my fried rice with gf soy sauce. I have never asked about other gf options, so I don't know their knowledge level, or cross-contamination extent. However, I'm highly sensitive and I've never had a reaction from anything I've ordered.
