Let me begin by saying this is not the hibachi style where your food is prepared in front of you. From outside it looks like a hole in the wall, but the inside is simple and clean. That being said, the food here is FRESH. My wife has celiac disease and we talked to the cook who is very gluten-knowledgeable. We had lunch specials and the egg drop soup, hot n sour soup and spring rolls were gf. The soup was light and fresh- not the thick heavy syrupy soups found in most chinese restaurants. Also got to enjoy Chicken Garlic and Sesame Chicken. General Tso can also be made gf among many other dishes. They were simple and clean and not overly processed- fresh. Menu does not clarify gf options but the cook is patient and kind in dealing with the gluten-intolerant. HIGHLY recommend this small but FRESH locale.
Excellent food. They are very celiac and gluten sensitive. Will adjust ingredients. And it's kosher!!
