This is a GLUTEN FRIENDLY place...NOT gluten free

They do have Tamari and will use it...but cook noodles and meats on same grill without keeping them seperate and do not use different utensils...so there WILL be cross contamination.

The Wasabi is GF.

Dressing for salad is not.

They do have sashimi so you can go GF that way.
